Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
"Distressed Properties" are my specialty. I have my CDPE designation and want to help 'distressed " property owners. 50% of the properties on the market are in a distressed situation yet less than 5% of the agents have the CDPE designation. Most times a "short sale" is better than a "foreclosure". Call me if you or someone you know is having trouble making your mortgage payment. If you don't know where to turn, I may be able to help.
